AniTime ("we", "us") operates the website anitime.tv. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We aim to collect as little as possible.
AniTime is an independent anime-schedule website. For any privacy question or request, contact us at privacy@anitime.tv.
Analytics. If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location by country/region, device and browser type). IP addresses are anonymised. This helps us improve the site. We do not use analytics unless you consent via the cookie banner.
Your preferences and watchlist. Your region, theme, filters, and watchlist are stored locally in your own browser (localStorage). This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.
We do not currently show ads or sell any data. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
We use analytics cookies only after you accept them. You can reject them via the banner, and analytics will not run. You can also clear cookies or block them in your browser settings at any time. Essential storage (your saved preferences and watchlist) is not used for tracking.
Where we process analytics data, our lawful basis is your consent, which you give through the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time by clearing your browser storage or contacting us.
Anime data is fetched from the AniList public API. Analytics is provided by Google. These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not share your personal data with anyone else.
Under UK/EU data protection law you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Because most of your data lives only in your own browser, you can clear it yourself at any time. For anything else, email privacy@anitime.tv.
AniTime is a general-audience site and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this policy as the site grows (for example, when accounts or ads are added). The "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
